Summer picnics are family-friendly and a great place to meet and mingle with other members.
The Club supplies the hot dogs and other treats from grill.
​
Members are asked to bring a side dish or a dessert to share.
Hot treats start coming off the grill right around 3:00 PM​
​
Members and their plus-ones are welcome at no charge.
Tickets for additional guests are available at a nominal cost the day of the event
​

Meetings
All members are expected to attend the general meetings to manage and discuss club business
General meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month September through June except the
The Board of Governors meets meets monthly
Executive boards meets weekly year round
Changes required due to weather or other interruptions are sent via email.

Non members are welcome to sign up for event info and membership drive announcements. Please allow up to 6 weeks to be added. The task is handled by one of many volunteers outside of normal business hours.​
