The rental fee includes picturesque views of the harbor, use of our tables and chairs, linens are available at an additional fee.

All beverages must be purchased from Pastime in accordance with CT State Liquor requirements
Catering can be arranged with our in-house restaurant,
the Sandbar Eatery

Decorations and entertainment are provided by renter.
The renter is responsible to remove all decorations at the end the event and return the hall in the good condition.
Capacity is best for 60-75 people and off-street parking for approximately 25 cars. Additional parking is available on the street and nearby public lots.
